Being outside the immediate orbit of San Diego, was very glad to see the write-up by Morris Newman of your firm’s work in Civita in the leap-year edition (2/29) of the New York Times. Civita sounds like a super project, and I hope it’s a herald of the future in the emphasis on the light-rail connection instead of the automobile.
